Annie is a senior healthcare executive with extensive leadership experience across the medical technology and diagnostics sectors in Australia, New Zealand and the United States. She has held executive and commercial leadership roles with global organisations including Arthrex, Hologic, Stryker and Kimberly-Clark Healthcare. Most recently, as General Manager and Executive Director at Arthrex, Annie successfully led the company’s transition to a direct operating model across Australia and New Zealand, driving commercial growth, organisational transformation and operational excellence. Her expertise spans commercialisation, strategic marketing, business development, product launches, stakeholder engagement and leading high-performing teams.
