Dr Chris Baldwin
Chief Commercial Officer
Chris brings an exceptional blend of scientific expertise and commercial leadership experience to BCAL. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge and began his career at McKinsey & Company in New York. His subsequent roles span C-suite and founder positions across ASX-listed and international biotechnology and precision therapeutics companies.
He has led commercial operations, strategy development, new market entry, partnership formation and product launches for high-tech and healthcare organisations, including through McKinsey and Mermaid Advisory. Chris also has extensive experience managing Asia–Pacific P&L portfolios with leading medical device companies Terumo BCT and Haemonetics.
