BCAL's Complaints and Feedback Process

BCAL Diagnostics is committed to continuously improving the quality and safety of our services. All complaints, feedback, and adverse event reports are reviewed by our Clinical Laboratory Services Director and Quality Department.

Once received, your submission is logged in our Quality Management System and assessed in line with our regulatory obligations. We will investigate the issue raised and may contact you for additional information. You will receive a response outlining the outcome and any actions taken.

We treat all submissions seriously and ensure they are handled promptly, respectfully, and confidentially.
